We do not sell your personal information and we do not use your study content to train third-party advertising models.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

You may request deletion of your account at any time by emailing us at borowmedia@gmail.com. Upon verification, we will delete your account and associated personal data, subject to legal retention requirements.

5. Subscription & Billing

ExamWise offers paid subscription plans that unlock premium features. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Pricing, billing cycle, taxes and applicable refund rules are displayed at the point of purchase. Subscription management, including cancellation, is handled through the platform where you purchased the subscription (e.g. Google Play).

6. Google Play Billing

On Android, all purchases are processed by Google Play Billing. We do not receive or store your full payment card details. Google shares with us a purchase token, order ID, product ID and transaction status, which we use solely to grant and validate access to your subscription.

You can view and cancel subscriptions in the Google Play Store under Subscriptions. Refund requests are governed by Google Play's policies; please contact us if you need help.

7. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel and protected by authentication controls.

While we follow industry-standard practices to protect your information, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. You use the Service at your own risk and are encouraged to use a strong, unique password.

8. Third-Party Services

We rely on trusted third parties to deliver the Service. These include:

  • Cloud database and authentication providers for account hosting.
  • AI model providers (such as Anthropic Claude and Google Gemini) for AI features.
  • Google Play and related Google services for distribution, sign-in and billing.
  • Analytics and crash-reporting tools to improve stability.

These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy and security commitments. We do not authorize them to use your personal information for their own marketing.

9. Cookies & Analytics

Our website uses essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in, remember your preferences and maintain your subscription status. We may also use privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate usage patterns.

You can clear cookies and local storage at any time via your browser or device settings; doing so may sign you out and reset app preferences.
